With nearly two decades of experience in real estate, Ashley Kindree has built her career on strong relationships, trusted expertise, and a reputation for getting things done. She has a natural ability to connect with people, recognize opportunities, and bring the right pieces together for her clients. A graduate of Brock University with a degree in Urban Geography, Ashley also brings a unique perspective on communities, development, and the places people choose to call home.

As Team Leader of the Rise Team, Ashley has built the team around a simple belief: great real estate doesn’t happen in isolation. She believes strongly in collaboration, shared expertise, and creating opportunities through relationships. As a leader, she is equal parts trusted advisor, mentor, and teammate.  She encourages each member to bring their individual strengths to the table while setting the standard for a shared commitment to exceptional client service.

Ashley has an instinct for seeing the bigger picture, anticipating what needs to happen next, and keeping even complicated transactions moving forward. Whether she’s negotiating a deal, solving a challenge behind the scenes, or uncovering an opportunity a client may not have considered, she brings a confident, solutions-focused approach while making sure her clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Ashley also brings specialized knowledge to clients considering a move later in life. She understands that these decisions often involve much more than selling a home and takes the time to consider the bigger picture—helping clients weigh their options and make decisions that make sense for both today and what comes next.

Outside of real estate, Ashley’s two sons keep life busy and active. Some of her favourite time is spent with family at their cottage in Haliburton, where you’ll find her playing pickleball, enjoying watersports, and making the most of summer days on the lake and evening sunsets on the dock.
